Liquid Nitrogen Cryoshippers are designed for the safe transportation of biological
samples in cryovials or blood bags at cryogenic (-150°C or colder) temperatures for
up to 14 days. These Vapour Shippers meets the rigorous standards set by IATA and
UN for shipping biological samples.
The Shippers employ a hydro-phobic absorbent that
holds liquid nitrogen for "spill-free" shipping while still maintaining cryogenic temperatures
acts as a repellent against humidity and moisture to ensure a maximum holding period
due to its repellent nature, the absorbent eliminates the necessity of drying out between uses
The Cryoshipper also includes a protective shipping carton which protects the container from being
placed on its side and helps in withstanding the rigors of transportation. These containers can be
used to ship samples with a "non-hazardous" classification nationwide or throughout the world.
